A. Our average delivery time is about 30-60* minutes within city jurisdictions and 60-90* minutes in remote areas. However, this may very during pick hours, heavy rain, road closure, traffic jam, rallies and other unavoidable circumstances.

A. Our Don Drivers are trained professionals who take extra care of the item while delivering. However, we take all the responsibility of your item if it's lost or damaged. We will reimburse you for the damage.
Q. What is express delivery? (Pickup & Drop)
A. You should choose express delivery when you want us to pick up and deliver an item in 60 minutes.(Within city juridction only)
Q. What if I keep Don Drivers waiting at the pickup or delivery location? (Pickup & Drop)
A. Additional waiting charge Rs.30.00 applicable for every 15-30 minutes. Kindly note, our Don Drivers will wait for 15 minutes at the pickup or delivery point for which you will not be charged.
Q. What if Don Driver is late for pick up or delivery? (Pickup & Drop and Regular orders)
A. Please call us on 7202843333 for the same. It almost never happens that our Don Driver is late and we have not informed you.
Q. What is the cancellation charge? (Pickup & Drop)
A. Cancellation fees of Rs.30.00 will be applicable if the order is canceled 2 hours prior the pickup time. The order cannot be canceled after that.
Q. Do you accept meal vouchers?
A. Sorry, we do not accept any meal vouchers. Multiple options are available in our payment gateway, including cash on delivery.
